This Chardonnay is fermented in French oak barriques and matured in that oak for 10 months. White pear and freshly picked yellow peaches accompanied by subtle hints of sweet spice and citrus blossom give a lively lift to the aromas. A rich and powerful entry to the palate, creamy oak tones and lingering flavours of lime and stone fruit are awash in vibrant natural acid.
